The hotel provides a comfortable stay with nice, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. the restaurant offers great food, with a good variety of choices for both breakfast and dinner. the staff is always eager to assist, accommodating special requests such as ordering soy milk and providing packed lunches for early departures. the hotel also offers a sauna, although it is only available until 18:30.
The WiFi connection can be unreliable at times, especially in the evenings when many people are connected.

The Christmas decoration was really cozy and I felt in the holiday spirit. the breakfast was delicious and the hot chocolate was the best I've ever tasted! the location was great, I could walk to the shops and restaurants easily.
Unfortunately the heater was so loud at night that I couldn't sleep well. the sauna only worked until 6 p.m. which was a shame, I wanted to relax after a long day of skiing.

The breakfast spread had enough variety and was included in the room rate. The location was convenient, close to the ski slopes for snow activities. The staff were relatively approachable.
The WiFi connection was weak and frequently lost in the evenings when more people were using the network. The sauna was only open until early evening, which made it difficult for late-night relaxation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice of food. The in-house restaurant was great with its tasty dishes and friendly service. The hotel personnel were so attentive that they even ordered soy milk for me when I asked for it. on the day of my departure, they kindly prepared lunch packets for me since I had to leave early before breakfast. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location, and the helpfulness of the staff were all great.
Nothing to mention.
